Prof. Nagaraj Subbarao is the Dean of the School of Commerce & Management Studies and a professor of strategy, leadership and organization theory. He is a Master Mariner with specializations in Navigation and Dredging Technology. He has an MBA, M.Phil. and PhD in Human Resource Management and Organization Behaviour with an advanced specialization in Leadership and Strategy from the University of Illinois (UC), USA.

He consults in leadership, culture and team dynamics and has a deep interest in sports and history.
